It’s time to realize your potential and achieve your front splits! 


In the Front Splits Masterclass Series you will receive personalized instruction and expert guidance from Schyler, founder of Honor Your Flex, SOGO Body & Minder Leader, and  instructor of SOGO Yoga, and Maya, co-founder of dance studio Chroma Tokyo.


This dynamic course blends the best of yoga, pole fitness, and dance to help you get closer to achieving your full front split on both sides using safe and effective strategies.


This is more than a class. You won’t find another class like this in Japan!


Course Highlights:

  • Expert Instruction: Benefit from the combined expertise of a seasoned yoga instructor/pole dancer/collegiate cheerleader and a heels dance teacher/former professional ballet dancer. Their diverse approaches and techniques will provide a comprehensive stretching regimen tailored to your needs.

  • In-Person Sessions: Every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for 3 consecutive weeks. Each class will focus on enhancing flexibility, strength, and technique with targeted exercises and personalized feedback.

  • At-Home Stretching: Complement your in-person training with a structured at-home stretching program. We’ll provide you with a detailed plan to stretch twice a week outside of in-person sessions to ensure consistent progress.

  • Progress Tracking: We'll kick off the course with initial progress photos and take a final set at the end of the three weeks. This visual feedback will help you see the tangible improvements in your flexibility.
